One Thing Design is a design-focused construction studio that provides architectural design, 3D visualization, interior design, exterior design, landscape design, and lighting design services. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you and One Thing Design regarding the use of our website and the services we offer. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any project or inquiry.
One Thing Design specializes in creating well-planned and aesthetically pleasing spaces through expert architectural and design solutions. Our services include conceptual design, detailed planning, realistic 3D visualizations, interior styling, exterior facades, landscape integration, and complete lighting schemes. All services are delivered with a strong emphasis on functionality, modern aesthetics, and client satisfaction. We work closely with clients to transform ideas into practical and beautiful built environments across residential and commercial projects.
Every project at One Thing Design follows a structured and transparent process. It begins with understanding your requirements and site conditions, followed by concept development and 3D visualization for clear approval. Once approved, we prepare detailed drawings and specifications for smooth execution. Regular updates and client feedback are integral at every stage. Our goal is to ensure the final outcome matches your vision while maintaining quality, timelines, and budget expectations.
All design concepts, drawings, 3D renderings, and visualizations created by One Thing Design remain the intellectual property of One Thing Design until full payment is received. Upon complete settlement of fees, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the approved designs for the specific project only. You may not reproduce, modify, or reuse any design work for other projects without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials.
Payment terms are clearly mentioned in the proposal sent to you. Typically, an initial advance is required to begin concept and design work. Subsequent payments are linked to project milestones such as completion of 3D visualization, detailed drawings, and final handover. All payments must be made through approved banking channels. Any delay in payment may result in suspension of ongoing work until the due amount is cleared.
While we strive to complete every project within the agreed timeline, actual completion may vary depending on client approvals, site conditions, and external factors. Any major changes requested after approval of concepts or drawings will be treated as variations and may attract additional charges and time extensions. Minor revisions within the agreed scope are accommodated during the revision period mentioned in the proposal.
One Thing Design provides professional design and visualization services. Actual construction and site execution are handled either by your appointed contractor or our trusted execution partners. We conduct periodic site visits as per the agreed scope to ensure design intent is followed. However, we are not responsible for construction quality, material defects, or workmanship issues unless we are explicitly contracted for full project management.
One Thing Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our designs or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific project. We make every effort to ensure accuracy in our designs and visualizations, but minor variations may occur due to site realities, material availability, or construction practices.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or our services shall first be resolved amicably through mutual discussion. If unresolved, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. Both parties agree to cooperate in good faith to settle any differences quickly and fairly.
